Shipping is usually by priority mail, however very heavy packages will be sent by parcel post or first class mail to save my customers some money. The package will always be insured and a tracking # available

Refunds

Here at Nature’s Garden Soap we are unable to accept returns. If merchandise is damaged upon its arrival, contact us within 5 business days. Failure to do so voids any responsibility we may have had. Please contact us so if we have made an error with your order so that we can fix the problem as soon as possible.

Nature’s Garden credit card orders are processed online via Paypal.
